To access DailyConnect, the mobile app we use to connect with photos and updates on your child's progress, download via your phone provider's app store. The e-mail that you use to receive Centre communications will be your login. If you need help to access the app, please mail


Do you have questions about your child's day? E-mail, or phone your child's campus, and an administrator will assist in securing answers via the teaching team. 

Subsidy and Affordability Grant

The Affordability Grant is a temporary program administered by the Province of Alberta, with the intent to decrease childcare fees paid by parents. To learn more about the program, visit . This program may end at any time, and is largely dependant on the Provincial and Federal government parties in power.

Childcare Subsidy is a program operated by the Province of Alberta, and is designed to assist target income families with childcare costs. You must apply for this program through the Province, and special rules to qualify apply. Learn more at

School communications

Please ensure that you are receiving and read our Centre e-mails. We use Constant Contact for distribution; we recommend signing up with a GMail, Yahoo or corporate account to help avoid mails going to junk. We can see who is opening and reading their mails, so if you are not sure if you are receiving everything, please ask and we can check for you.


If you need to sign up for a mailing list, please contact and advise of your child's name, ID, and campus.

Uniforms and labels

All children are required to have labelled shoes , lunch bags, water bottles, and uniform clothing to prevent lost items. Order high-quality personalized labels to identify your student's uniform pieces! Our partners, Loveable Labels and Oliver's Labels can be accessed at

Speaking with teachers or  administration

Pre-booking conversations via phone or e-mail is essential as we have many families and want to ensure we can focus on your needs. If you would like  to chat with your child's teaching team, please book an appointment at least three business days in advance through Drop-in visits may not be able to be accommodated as our full attention must remain on the children. Thanks for your understanding!

Dropping off payments

Any staff member who answers the door is able to accept your payment for fees. It is essential that all fees arrive with:

  • child's name and student ID clearly marked on the cheque or on a sealed envelop

  • correct amount on the cheque - teachers cannot provide information on fees owing

  • a  note stating what the fees are for and who to contact if there are questions

Fees that arrive unmarked may be refused by the teachers. We strongly recommend NOT using cash to pay your fees, as tracking cash can be difficult as a business.

Tax receipts

Tax receipts must be requested between January 6 - April 30, and will be issued 4 weeks from the date requested. Please plan ahead as we cannot accommodate rush requests for receipts. Backdated receipts previous to the 2021 tax year may take additional time to produce. Receipts requested beyond April 30th may take 2-3 weeks to produce.

Commitment to year-round learning (having your child attend care in July and August) is put forth to parents in early February 2024. Please watch for announcements and deadlines via e-mail. The program sells out early, so respond as noted to ensure your space is reserved.
