School communications
Please ensure that you are receiving and read our Centre e-mails. We use Constant Contact for distribution; we recommend signing up with a GMail, Yahoo or corporate account to help avoid mails going to junk. We can see who is opening and reading their mails, so if you are not sure if you are receiving everything, please ask and we can check for you.
If you need to sign up for a mailing list, please contact office@aspenhillmontessori.ca and advise of your child's name, ID, and campus.

Speaking with teachers or administration
Pre-booking conversations via phone or e-mail is essential as we have many families and want to ensure we can focus on your needs. If you would like to chat with your child's teaching team, please book an appointment in advance through office@aspenhillmontessori.ca. Drop-in visits may not be able to be accommodated as our full attention must remain on the children. Thanks for your understanding!
Summer program 2026
2025-2026 contracts flow through to the end of August 2026, and remaining registered for July and August is mandatory for students continuing into Fall 2026. Students who are graduating at the end of June 2026 and are under 6 years old as of July 1 are welcome to remain for summer programming. Children who are over 6 as of July 1 2026 must leave AHM at the end of the June season.
Remaining summer spaces are offered to incoming fall students, and then prior AHM students and siblings of AHM families under 6. Generally, members of the public cannot be accommodated.
Subsidy and Affordability Grant
The current Federal Affordability Grant program agreement is in effect until Mar. 31 2026. Download current information about the Grant program as it applies to AHM, as well as our 2025-2026 fee sheet. Information about fees and programs beyond March 2026 is not available at this time, but we will share any information with families as soon as we hear.
