If you need to sign up for a mailing list, please contact office@aspenhillmontessori.ca and advise of your child's name, ID, and campus.

Speaking with teachers or  administration

Pre-booking conversations via phone or e-mail is essential as we have many families and want to ensure we can focus on your needs. If you would like  to chat with your child's teaching team, please book an appointment at least three business days in advance through office@aspenhillmontessori.ca. Drop-in visits may not be able to be accommodated as our full attention must remain on the children. Thanks for your understanding!

Dropping off payments

Any staff member who answers the door is able to accept your payment for fees. It is essential that all fees arrive with:

  • child's name and student ID clearly marked on the cheque or on a sealed envelop

  • correct amount on the cheque - teachers cannot provide information on fees owing

  • a  note stating what the fees are for and who to contact if there are questions

Fees that arrive unmarked may be refused by the teachers. We strongly recommend NOT using cash to pay your fees, as tracking cash can be difficult as a business.

Please be assured that all payments are received by the office. If you would like confirmation, simply send an e-mail to admissions@aspenhillmontessori.ca .

Tax receipts

Tax receipts must be requested between January 6 - April 30, and will be issued 4 weeks from the date requested. Please plan ahead as we cannot accommodate rush requests for receipts. Backdated receipts previous to the 2021 tax year may take additional time to produce. Receipts requested beyond April 30th may take 2-3 weeks to produce.

If you have questions about tax receipts, you can contact our accounting team at tax@aspenhillmontessori.ca between
January 1 and April 30th each year. Outside of this time, please write the Office at office@aspenhillmontessori.ca. Please note, teachers and administrators at the Centre cannot provide information on tax receipts.
